You should receive a welcome letter shortly from Kocal Management Group, introducing our new Association Manager. Kocal is providing full management services for Sun Ridge Ranch effective February 1, 2010. All communication regarding the Association should be directed to our Association Manager, Laura Burnham (see below for contact information).

Effective immediately, architectural submissions must be submitted to the management company and will no longer be accepted by the Board of Directors or ACC Members. The management company will pre-screen submissions to ensure completeness and then forward them to the ACC for approval.

One of the biggest changes you will see is the pro-active approach to enforcement. Unannounced compliance inspections will begin in March and will occur monthly thereafter. The Board will not have prior knowledge of inspection dates and all properties are subject to the same rules. All inspections will be conducted from SRR roadways unless otherwise requested by the homeowner.

Members that wish to receive copies of Board Meeting minutes, meeting announcements and community events should join the email list, as these items are no longer mailed to homeowners.

All minutes, and most announcements are posted on the community bulletin board, so if you do not have access to email you can always find the information on the bulletin board, across from the mailboxes.

In order to be added to the SRR email list, the Board must have your permission and you must acknowledgement that you understand that the information will be sent to you electronically. You may register as many email addresses as you wish.

For your protection and by CA law, if the Board receives 3 delivery failures from an email address, that address must be removed from the email list. You may also request to be removed from the list at any time.
